I’m sitting here eating my lunch at work. . . lasagna mmm. . .

And thought bout this – I will never cook lasagna again. That’s right, I bought a frozen Stouffer’s lasagna and it’s the best I’ve ever had. The thing that prompted me to buy one is because we just recently had a holiday get-together with the fish club. It was like a potluck and someone brought a lasagna. It was so good! My friend Heil told me that it has to be Stouffer’s. So I thought I’d try it out and yup. . . it was good and easy to make. What’s easier than setting the oven and waiting 2hrs for good food.

Another thing I will never cook. . or make. . sushi. Too much work.

Add Dim Sum to that list. . will never make it.

Vietnamese egg rolls. . .

Pho. . .

Waste of time if you ask me.
